2 days ago, 4 students were attacked by a group of gangsters around my living area in Uni.
Today, one of them have passed away.
It's a scary thought that something like that can happen so close to home.
现在出入家门都有点怕。
What has the world become? Why all the senseless violence and killing?
You open the newspaper and all we read is of the economic depression, wars and violence, political instability, bad news piled up on top of more bad news... its hard to stay positive.

Anyway, as much as this may sound gay, I just wanna say, I love you all, take care of yourself and please stay safe.

Ants...

Omg, my lifestyle here is so bad! I have been tryin to save a bit of money and been eating at home while in Uni, so I end up eating in my room at lot. I'm sure you can see where this is going. Cleaning up is not my number 1 priority and ants have decided to be my best friends. Its so frustrating to see ants happily hiking around in my room, and biting me whenever they feel like it. I am waking up with bites here and there... HELP ME!

How is everyone?

Its been getting awfully quiet around here lately.
I guess its also due to everyone being busy with their life and exams.
I had a Ultimate Tournament today and sprained my ankle in the 1st game... I shouldnt have played on but I did, and now I have a slighty swollen ankle.

After the game, I came home and had a argument with dad. Totally ruined my day.
Right now I am pissed off and super depressed.
FUCK.

btw, I hope everyone is doing better than me....

Job Interview Antics

Funny thing happened...

I jogged about 4 miles today and played about 2 hours of Ultimate Frisbee.. so was kinda tired..
When I finished, I went to take a shower... and guess what.. I used my head shampoo on my body while I used the body wash on my hair! Im an idiot.

A decent day out with friends...

SO the day started off with me driving back home from Uni.

but as usual, Malaysian roads are ALWAYS jammed.

as you can see here, the road I am on is jammed, the road next to me is jammed,

and even the road at the far end is jammed...

A usual 45 minutes drive back took me almost 2 hours to get back home.

After getting back, I slept for a while and then went for a half an hour jog..
and when I got back, my friends called me up to go for dinner at One Utama.

True to their nature, my friends were late so I had to hang out by meself.
I dont know about you, but walking around in a big shopping mall
aimlessly is retarded...
So, I popped into MPH bookstore and decided to buy a book.
But ended up getting 2 books, and 5 magazines...

After waiting for an hour, they finally arrived.
We decided to have a Korean BBQ buffet dinner, which was awesome for me

cause I love my meat!

There were a lot of choices of marinated meat to choose from
from SzeChuan Beef to Squid to Coffee Chicken!
Yeah, you heard me, coffee flovoured chiken... it was actually quite nice.

After an hour an half, I was VERY full, to the point of wanting to throw up. but these fuckers can really eat... They ate and ate and ate and ATE. For 3.5 hours.

There were 6 type of ice creams for dessert. Strawberry, Chocolate, Corn, Vanilla, Peach and 'unknown flavour'. One of my friend decided to have all 6 favours together and it tasted really horrible, but she finished it anyways.. such a pig.

We went to the restaurant at 6.30pm and left at 10pm...
I almost threw up several times while watching them eat.

With a full stomach, somehow we decided to go play a couple rounds of baseball before we head back home.

All in all, it was good day out, but I dont think I'd ever want to eat buffet wuth this bunch again.
Seriously, I still feel like I am 4 months pregnant.
Bleargh!

Hi people...!
If you have noticed, on the left hand side of this blog there is this little Nike thing..
It shows how many miles I have to run for this month of November and it will keep track of my runs. My shoes keep track of the distance ran, so I cant cheat, I have to run to gain the distance!
If you are wondering, why is it there?
Well, I have just made a resolution before the end of the year 2008.
I want to weight 64 kg by the end of the year, and IF I dont meet my target, I will cancel my trip to Taiwan in January.
So I have to take this seriously!
In order for me to fulfill my resolution, I plan to run everyday for at least 2 miles, and watch my diet.
I need all the help I can get!
So cheer me on!

Sigh, I'm currently rushing 2 assignment due tomorrow, and am regreting not starting earlier when I had LOTS of time... stupid me. procrastination will be the death of me someday. I still have that essay to win that CIEE scolarship due for this Friday which is not finish yet..
Winning that scholarship would definitely be a boost to my current financial crisis, which is also due to my own doing for going on a retail therapy session last weekend.
OK, back to work! miss you girls constantly!
